You can cancel from My account → Orders any time before the parcel is handed to the courier, and the money goes back to how you paid within 5–7 working days. After it ships, get in touch and we will help you return it instead.

Free over the threshold shown in your cart. Below it there is a flat fee, calculated live at checkout — there is nothing added afterwards.

Yes. The price on the product page is the price you pay — GST is already inside it, and your invoice shows the split between the base price and the tax so your accountant can see it.

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets, through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

We send it back the day the cancellation or return is approved. Banks then take 5–7 working days to show it. You will see it as a credit from us, or sometimes from Razorpay.

Every batch is sourced from certified farms and comes with paperwork we keep on file. If you would like to see the certificate for the batch you received, send us the lot number and we will email it.

Somewhere cool, dry and dark, with the lid closed. Not the fridge — moisture is what turns a fine powder into clumps. Used that way they keep their potency for the full shelf life on the pack.

Adaptogens are food, not medicine, but some herbs do interact with prescription drugs — ashwagandha with thyroid medication, for instance. Ask your doctor before starting anything new if you are on regular medication, pregnant or breastfeeding.

Send us a photo through Support within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it — your choice. You do not need to send the damaged item back.

Unopened items can go back within 7 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot, for the reason you would want that rule to exist — but if something is genuinely wrong with what you received, tell us and we will sort it out regardless.
