Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day. Everything else goes the next.

How long it takes

Metro addresses 2–4 working days, the rest of India 4–7. Remote PIN codes can take longer and the delivery checker on each product page will tell you before you order.

What it costs

Free above the threshold shown in your cart; a flat fee below it, calculated at checkout with nothing added afterwards.

Cash on delivery

Available on most PIN codes. The delivery checker says whether yours is one of them.

Tracking

A link arrives by email when the parcel is picked up, and Track Order works without signing in.
