Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours from our Bengaluru warehouse.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 2-4 business days
• Tier-2/3 cities: 4-7 business days
• Remote pincodes: 7-10 business days

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 799. Below that, a flat INR 60 is charged.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also track it from your account.

Undelivered orders

If delivery fails after three attempts, the order is returned to us and refunded within 7 business days minus reverse-shipping charges.
