Refund Policy

Cancelling

Cancel from My account → Orders any time before the parcel is handed to the courier. The refund is sent the same day.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened food products cannot, for reasons you would want us to hold to.

Damaged or wrong items

Send a photo through Support within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund, your choice, and you do not need to send the item back.

When the money arrives

We send it the day the refund is approved. Banks take a further 5–7 working days, and it appears as a credit from us or from our payment provider.
