Refund & Returns

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Opened supplements, teas, and oils (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards and combo bundles
• Items marked "Final Sale"

How to request

Raise a request from your account under Orders or email care@verdantroots.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund in full — no questions asked.
